Join us for a program tracing connections with the past! Ockeghem sneaks into a piece written last year by Jonathan Dawe, Hildegard von Bingen receives belated 900th birthday greetings via Cythia Folio. Louis Karchin’s Ancient Scenes, set to poetry by Seamus Heaney, reaches back in time, as does Vasiliki Krimitza’s Aeoliás. Jihyun Kim gives us a work titled Once Upon a Time, and Bruce Adolphe gives us And All Is Always Now.
