This 2-hour intro to the Weekend Intensive is led by guest instructor Bill Bauer. It offers adult students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Dalcroze method, which includes studying rhythm, pitch and harmony through creative movement and physical, vocal and instrumental improvisation. Weekend Intensive classes can lead to the Dalcroze Professional Certificate. Dalcroze beginners are welcome!

Creation and Re-creation is the theme of this winter’s Weekend Intensive! This theme invites us to use improvisation to spark new ideas and bring fresh energy to our teaching, performing and composing. Sing, move and play as you explore the creative possibilities of embodied musicianship.
