Jazz & Broadway I

In this class, students will work on coordination, strength and flexibility which are developed with dance technique exercises. The movements will be classical Jazz choreography and Broadway style set to popular music and Broadway and children's theater music. Students will learn choreography and combinations.

No previous experience required.

The curriculum is designed to continue through the Fall and Spring semesters. Students are encouraged to register for the same day and time for both Fall and Spring. Students enrolling in Fall and Spring Dance classes together receive a 10% discount on the Spring class tuition.

Spring classes with a minimum age of 4 and beyond culminate in a performance in May in Merkin Hall.

Summer classes are standalone.
