Ballet Company

Students are introduced to the creative process of conceptualizing a show, development of dance characters through acting, and improvisation. Dancers learn choreography of various dance styles and perfect performance skills. Students must be enrolled in Ballet II class.

The curriculum is designed to continue through the Fall and Spring semesters. Students are encouraged to register for the same day and time for both Fall and Spring. Students enrolling in Fall and Spring Dance classes together receive a 10% discount on the Spring class tuition.

Spring classes with a minimum age of 4 and beyond culminate in a performance in May in Merkin Hall.

Attire: Any color tights, slippers, leotard. No tutus. Short hair must be secured back from the face and long hair must be worn in a bun. Boy should wear white t-shirt, black short-tights and black shoes.
